The MoJ have outlined the complaints process for anyone wishing to make a complaint about language services in HMCTS.

NRPSI has asked Registrants to continue to encourage their Members of Parliament to ask questions in the House of Commons, eliciting more information about the workings of language service provision in HMCTS.
